Thomas Township has an ordinance which prohibits open house parties at which any alcoholic beverages or drugs are possessed or consumed by any minor where the adult homeowner knew or should have known or should have taken reasonable steps to prevent the possession or consumption of the alcoholic beverage or drug at said residence.
