Thomas Township has a leash law, which requires dog owners to keep their dog/s on their property and not allow their dog/s to run loose.  The law further requires all dogs to be restrained by leash when on public property.  A violation of this law could result in the issuance of an appearance ticket/s to the owner of the dog.
