No. This date is when the tax bill becomes due. The summer tax bill comes out July 1 and is due by September 14. The winter tax bill comes out December 1 and is due by the last day of February.
Unfortunately we can not control the mail. It is the responsibility of each resident to inform us if they do not receive a bill. All water bills are due by the 25th of the month unless the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday. Then the next business day will be the due date (no exceptions).
I sold/bought a house and need to get the property taken/put in my name. What do I need to do to make that happen?
You will need to complete a water transfer form found in the forms tab at the top of the website. All water transfer forms require a signature and other contact information necessary to authorize the requested transfer.
If you sold/bought a house, you will need to complete a New Owner Form/Seller Form.
If you (OWNER) have a new renter or no longer have a renter, you will need to complete a New Renter Form/ Back to Owner Form.
