The Thomas Township Girls Basketball program was established with the simple goals of teaching the sport of basketball and growing the sport in our community and throughout Mid-Michigan. Our divisions are split by grades; 2nd -4th and 4th -6th. 4th graders have the option to play in either division. Our Girls Basketball season typically runs from the third week in February and goes for 6 weeks. We average around 100 kids each season and are continuing our efforts to grow. Games are located at Swan Valley High School 8400 O’Hern Rd. Saginaw MI 48609
All of our teams are put together by Thomas Township staff and teams are coached by parent volunteers. On average coaches schedule 1 practice a week at either Shields Elementary School or Havens Elementary School and are scheduled through the Parks and Recreation office.
