Nature Preserve Hours: dawn-dusk-trail is accessible via the walkway on the east side of the nature center building.

We plan on expanding nature center hours as we grow.
Please note that no animals are allowed (besides service animals) as we are working to protect habitat areas that could be affected by the presence of domesticated animals.
Current Trail Information:
Keep in mind that the trails are under development may be altered from the map below.
Please do not bring your pets to walk the trail. Our man mission is to provide habitat area for native animals and they sense the scent of dogs as predators.
The gravel trail extends from the building to the east for 1/2 mile to the observation deck.
On the west side, it extends for about 1/3 of a mile, but it is blocked off for the Great Blue Heron nesting season, so you could make it 1/4 mile to the picnic pavilion.
Grass trails are being maintained in the preserve interior. Feel free to meander through the trails. The map below is not exact, as the light green area which will contain sunflowers this year is extended to the west.
