The Thomas Township Flag Football program was restructured in 2022 with the simple goals of teaching the sport of flag football and growing the sport in our community and throughout Mid-Michigan.  

Located in Roberts Community Park at 455 S. Miller Road, our fields are home to the Swan Valley High School Boys and Girls Varsity Soccer Teams. Games are played on the varsity field located at the Soccer Complex.

Our divisions are split by grades: K/1st and 2nd/3rd.   

Our season runs alongside our Spring Soccer Season, which runs from the end of April to the second week of June.

We currently have around 100 kids in the program and are continuing our efforts to expand.

 

All of our teams are put together by Thomas Township staff. Parent volunteers coach the teams.

On average, coaches schedule 1 practice a week at the fields in Roberts Park on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Games are played on Saturday mornings starting at 9 am and go until 1 pm, depending on the number of teams we have each season.
