Section 13-1-5 of the Thomas Township Sign Ordinance states:

Political Campaign Sign: Political campaign signs shall be removed within five (5) days after the day of election to which the campaign relates.

This is the ordinance that would apply to the display of political signs in Thomas Township.

 

Michigan Law prohibits posting, displaying or distributing of any election materials within 100 feet of any polling place on Election Day.
