The Clerks Office is responsible for a variety of Township business and functions including but not limited to:

  • Administration of Elections
  • Voter Registrations
  • Maintenance of Township Voter Registration Records
  • The recording of minutes for the Township Board of Trustees as well as the keeper of all minutes for the Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning Commission, Downtown Development Authority, and the Board of Review.
  • Setting Township Board of Trustee Meeting dates & times
