THOMAS TOWNSHIP HAUNTED TRAIN
The eight-minute spook-ride through the woods of Roethke Park features scary skits performed by local volunteers. More than 13 sites and 60 people will wait to surprise night riders as they fly along the wooded, three-quarters-of-a-mile track through the 72-acre park in the red Roethke Express. Both the haunted house and the train ride are family-oriented activities.
A haunted house also serves to entertain visitors, and concessions are provided from local vendors. Roethke Park is located at 400 Leddy Road in Thomas Township. $10 per person. Children under 5 years old are free.
The train will operate from 7:30 pm – 11:30 pm each night with tickets being sold beginning at 7:00pm.
