The Clerk’s Office is responsible for:

• the administration of elections
• registration of voters
• maintenance of the township voter registration records
• editing and distribution of the township quarterly newsletter
• administration of the business licensing program
• maintenance of township records, including ordinances
• the recording of minutes for the Township Board of Trustees as well as the keeper of all Zoning Board of Appeals Minutes, Planning Commission Minutes and DDA Meeting Minutes
• Thomas Township Board of Trustee Meeting Dates and Times
• General Meeting Dates and Times
