Treasurer Vern Weber is President and CEO of Standard Electric Co.  He is an Army veteran and served the Thomas Township police force for 14 years, and served as Captain of all Saginaw County Sheriffs Department Support Divisions.  The 15-year Trustee and Saginaw Valley State University graduate is on the Board of Directors of the Saginaw County 911 Authority.  Vern was a founding member of the 100 Club and service on its Board of Directors, he is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Thomas Township and Vice Chairman of the Kochville Township DDA.

Vern is a member and elder of St. Marks Lutheran Church in Thomas Township.
