___Check the appropriate box for the code. Plans will be reviewed for compliance with either 1997 UBC .
Site/Plot Plan
Submit one (1) copies, all must contain the following:
___ Location of proposed structure on Lot, include setback distances from all lot lines.
___ Proposed first floor elevation and elevation of curb/edge of road.
___ Location and size of all trees. Note: Show which trees are to be saved (TBS) and which trees are to be removed (TBR).
___ Proposed structure shall include all stairs, decks, architectural features, fireplaces, and cantilevered areas projecting from the walls.
Construction Plans
___Two (2) sets of proposed house plans are required. If the proposed house exceeds 3500 square feet, the plans must be sealed by the Engineer of Record and the architectural drawing must be sealed by a licensed architect or engineer.
