These forms are only to be filled out only by the property owner.  Any other person completing these forms will cause them to become null and void.  Identification must be presented to the Township in order to verify the account.

New Owner Form  - If you just purchased a home in our Township.  This form can only be completed by the New Owner.  Any other party completing the form will make it null and void.

Seller Form - If you sold your home in our Township.  This form can only be completed by the Seller.  Any other party completing the form will make it null and void.

Renter to Owner - If you are a property owner and your renter is moving out.  This form can only be completed by the owner of the property.  Any other party completing the form will make it null and void.

New Renter - If you are a property owner and have a new renter.  This form can only be completed by the owner of the property.  Any other party completing the form will make it null and void.
