The Shields Lions Club Parade takes place as part of the Shields Summer Festival. It is held the Saturday of the festival. It will begin at 11 a.m. and start at Shields Elementary and follow the two southernmost lanes of Gratiot Road to South Miller Road where it will end at the Shields Summer Festival grounds (Lions Club Bingo Tent). The theme for the 2013 parade will be “Great Lakes Bay Seasons”.
