Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA)
The Zoning Board of Appeals conducts hearings for property owners or prospective buyers requesting a variance from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. The ZBA can grant or deny a variance or issue an interpretation of the ordinance upon request.
Zoning Board of Appeals members serve staggered terms.
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month as needed, if appeals have been received 30 days prior to the meeting date.
