The Thomas Township Parks Endowment would like to let all of our residents know, that your United
Way donation can help right here at home! The
Thomas Township Parks Endowment is a fund created by residents to preserve and
enhance parks and recreation in Thomas Township.
In 1997, residents initiated the fund which is administered by the
Saginaw Community Foundation. Funds
raised for the Thomas Township Parks Endowment will be used to develop
facilities at Community, Roberts, Roethke and Day Parks.
Your support is critical to the continued improvement of Thomas Township
Parks.

Foundation-Thomas Township Parks Endowment Fund
All of your monies
will benefit the continued development of the Thomas Township Park and
Recreation facilities. Thousands of
children, most of which are local children use the parks system each year.
Sports programs, Day Camps, Working Parent Summer Camps and Swimming
Lessons have increased at a steady pace. With
this growth comes the need for larger and more modern facilities.
In just this past year, through local donations and our
Thomas Township Parks Endowment, we have been able to build fishing docks at
Roethke Park, and our long awaited dream of constructing a band shell is now a
reality, with construction slated to start in late 2004.
Be a part of our growth.
